The Coven attacked Jessicka upon finding her alone when Rosemary went to the undead realm. Courtney Rush emerged from the undead realm instead of Rosemary to save Jessicka. The Coven were then scheduled to face Rush and Jessicka in a tag team match on the countdown to Under Siege.

Santino Marella was attacked backstage on April 6 IMPACT episode and Sami Callihan was thought of being the culprit behind the attack. Dirty Dango and Joe Hendry defeated Sami Callihan and The Design at IMPACT Rebellion after Callihan turned on The Design. However, Marella was once again attacked on April 27 IMPACT episode with a tuft of hair found as evidence on the scene. Hendry and Dango started investigating the attack. On May 18 episode, Dango accused Hendry of attacking Marella before it was revealed that it was actually Dango who was the attacker. Dango took out Hendry and announced that the case was closed.

Winner: Joe Hendry via disqualification

Nick Aldis made his IMPACT Wrestling return at Rebellion and announced that he has signed with the promotion. On May 4 IMPACT episode, Kenny King taunted him as he interrupted his backstage interview. King was also on commentary during Aldis’ match against Sheldon Jean on May 11 IMPACT episode before it was announced that they would clash at Under Siege.

The Design(Angels, Deaner and Kon) vs Sami Callihan, Rich Swann & Jake Crist

Sami Callihan spent months trying to be initiated into the Design and carried out tasks handed to him by the stable leader Deaner. However, before the last stage of his initiation at Rebellion, Callihan attacked Deaner and turned on the Design, leading to The Design losing their match against Santino Marella, Joe Hendry and Dirty Dango. Callihan was then attacked by The Design’s Army of Violence on May 4 IMPACT episode during his match agianst Kon. Later, it was announced that Callihan would face The Design with two partners of his choosing. Rich Swann was announced as one of the partners for Callihan. Jake Crist was later revealed as the mystery partner.

Trinity Fatu made her IMPACT debut on May 4 IMPACT episode and said she wanted to become Knockouts Champion. Later, IMPACT announced that Trinity had an open contract for a match at Under Seige. Jay Vidal answered to this open challenge on behalf of Gisele Shaw.

ABC(Ace Austin & Chris Bey) vs Subculture(Mark Andrews & Morgan Webster) – IMPACT Tag Team Championship

On May 12 IMPACT TV episode, the promotion announced that IMPACT Tag Team Champions Ace Austin and Chris Bey would defend the titles against Subculture’s Mark Andrews and Morgan Webster(formerly known as Grizzled Young Veterans in NXT UK). Subculture would also have Dani Luna in their corner.

Chris Sabin pinned X-Division Champion Trey Miguel in a 6-man tag team match on IMPACT Weekly TV show. As a result of this, he became eligible for a title shot against Miguel. The match was later announced to take place at Under Siege. Was Sabin, an 8-time X-Division Champion, able to dethrone Miguel?

While IMPACT World Champion Steve Maclin would defend the title against PCO, his next challenger was also to be determined at Under Siege in a 6-pack challenge match. Jonathan Gresham, Frankie Kazarian, Eddie Edwards, Moose, Alex Shelley and Yuya Uemura clashed in the match in order to earn a shot at World title.

Deonna Purrazzo defeated Jodynne Grace at IMPACT Rebellion 2023 PPV to win the vacant Knockouts title. Grace saved Purrazzo from an attack from Knockouts Tag Team Champions The Covan. After this, Grace asked for a rematch. IMPACT management announced that Grace would get a rematch but this would be her last title shot until Purrazzo remains the champion.

Steve Maclin defeated Kushida to win the vacant IMPACT World Championship at Rebellion 2023, which was earlier relinquished by Josh Alexander due to an injury. On the fallout episode of Rebellion, Maclin held “Changing of The Guard” ceremony where he said his mission was not completely finished as he won the vacant title and did not defeat Canadian Josh Alexander on Canadian Soil. So, he wanted to rectify this by issuing an open challenge for the title for any Canadian wrestler. Scott D’Amore accused Maclin of dodging Nick Aldis as a challenger. He then announced that Maclin would face PCO at Under Siege. Later, the match was turned in a No Disqualification match.
