Becky Lynch vs Bayley Added to WWE RAW December 19, 2022

On Monday, December 19, Becky Lynch and Bayley will have their first encounter in a while.

WWE has announced that these two arch-rivals will clash on WWE RAW episode of December 19, 2022. The contest was revealed during December 16’s episode of WWE SmackDown.

Becky Lynch and Bayley have been at odds since Bayley returned at SummerSlam 2022. Becky got sidelined due to a shoulder injury but it was Bayley’s Damage CTRL that gave her a farewell beatdown. Becky returned in November to join Team Bianca in WarGames against Team Damage CTRL.

The rivalry continued after Becky was instrumental in picking up the win in WarGames match. Becky got involved in a brawl with the faction on November 28 episode of RAW.

Later, Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky interfered in Becky’s triple threat match and cost her the match. Becky replied by attacking the duo during Bayley’s #1 contender match against Alexa Bliss.

This will be Becky’s first singles match since her return from injury in November. Also, this will be first singles match between Becky and Bayley since April 30, 2019 episode of SmackDown.
