SCU vs Lucha Bros in AEW Tag Team Championship Final
SoCal Uncensored and Lucha Bros will face-off at the final of the AEW World Tag Team Championship Tournament at AEW Dynamite episode of 30 October 2019 at Charleston Coliseum, Charleston, WV.
Lucha Bros were in the semifinals against Private Party in the opening match of AEW Dynamite this week. They dominated the match from early on despite Isiah and Quen showing restraint. Both teams traded control for the rest of the match but Lucha Bros were able to get the win after a package piledriver/double stomp combo.
SCU was up against the Dark Order in the other semifinal this week. Dark Order was undefeated in AEW before this match. But SCU duo of Scorpio Sky and Frankie Kazarian proved to be tough nuts to crack and ended another back and forth match with their C-U Later finisher.
The final match might have been confirmed just yesterday but the animosity between them started since the debut episode of AEW Dynamite. At that show, Lucha Bros interrupted SCU during an interview and later assaulted them in the brawl. Last week, the Luchas once again attacked SCU and left Christopher Daniels injured. Daniel was earlier supposed to be in the tournament but Scorpio Sky replaced him after this assault.
