We will be here with results from AEW Rampage July 29, 2022 episode which will be the continuation of Fight for the Fallen special.

Anna Jay gets a big spot on the show as she headlines against Ruby Soho in a grudge match. Ethan Page will take on newcomer Leon Ruffin’ while Lee Moriarty will take on his teacher Matt Sydal. A new rivalry will start with Orange Cassidy and Best Friends facing the trio of Jay Lethal, Satnam Singh and Sonjay Dutt.

  • Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor & Trent Baretta defeated Jay Lethal, Satnam Singh & Sonjay Dutt in a tag team match via pinfall.
  • Ethan Page defeated Leon Ruffin’ in a singles match via pinfall.

Jay Lethal, Satnam Singh & Sonjay Dutt vs Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor & Trent Baretta

Sonjay Dutt is in his suit as he walks out with Lethal and Satnam. Orange Cassidy and team comes out next.

Lethal and Baretta start with a few pin attempts and counters. Lethal asks for Orange Cassidy and he tags in. Cassidy calls out Satnam Singh instead. Lethal actually tags in Sonjay Dutt. Sonjay removes his jacket and hands it to the referee. Cassidy puts his sunglasses on the referee. Sonjay tags Satnam Singh after some lazy kicks from Cassidy. Satnam no-sells a dropkick and puts Cassidy to the corner for some stomps. Satnam brings down Best Friends with a crossbody. Lethal tags in and stomps on Cassidy to take us to a break.

Lethal and Cassidy switch waistlocks as we return. Cassidy jumps over and casually tags in Taylor. Taylor hits German suplex and more quick moves on Lethal. Baretta comes in for a double team move. Satnam grabs both of them and Best Friends end up taking him down from the apron. Best Friends hug in the ring. Lethal hits them with double Lethal Injection. Cassidy tags in and hits a dive on him. Sonjay comes in after removing his shirt. Sonjay hits lazy kicks on Cassidy. Cassidy takes his pencil and breaks it. Taylor is pulling Satnam’s leg on the apron. Cassidy nails Sonjay with an Orange Punch to get the pin.

Winners- Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor & Trent Baretta

Satnam Singh attacks Cassidy after the match. Baretta and Taylor are thrown to the floor. Lethal hits Lethal Injection on Cassidy. Wardlow comes out to the ring to stop their attack. Wardlow faces off with the trio. Sonjay Dutt takes them away. Wardlow stands tall with Cassidy and Best Friends.

Ethan Page vs Leon Ruffin’

Page stops a quick attack from Leon and manhandles him. Page beats up Leon in the corner. He hits a big clothesline to drop Ruff. More attack follows before Page hits the Ego’s Edge to get the pin.

Winner- Ethan Page

Cole Karter is interviewed backstage, but he gets interrupted by The Factory. QT Marshall says he is hanging out with wrong crowd and offers him to join the Factory. Marshall says he can think about the offer and give an answer later.

Matt Sydal vs Lee Moriarty

Moriarty is mocking Sydal with a peace sign. Sydal shakes his hands and Moriarty nails him with a headbutt. Moriarty hits a big uppercut to drop Sydal again. He hits a big boot and a suplex. Sydal ducks a clothesline and hits back with a knee. Sydal hits a spinning heel kick to take us to a break.

Sydal whips Moriarty to the corner. Moriarty gets a roll-up to get a two-count. Sydal nails him with a roundhouse kick. Moriarty drops him with a lariat. Sydal hits back with another kick. Sydal drops him and gets a two-count. Stokeley Hathaway comes out to the ringside. Moriarty stops Sydal’s move on the top. Sydal drops him back to the floor. Moriarty distracts the referee. Hathaway distracts Sydal for a while and Moriarty brings him down on the top turnbuckle. Moriarty hits a suplex and hits big blows on his head. Moriarty puts on crossface to get the submission.

Winner- Lee Moriarty

Stokeley Hathaway gets into the ring now and gives his card to Moriarty. Moriarty thinks about it and grabs it.


Britt Baker is with Rebel for a promo against Thunder Rosa. She says Rosa’s days as the champion are numbered. She also says it is wise of Rosa to keep Toni Storm close to her when Storm is one of the contenders to dethrone her.


Claudio Castagnoli comes out with William Regal. Claudio thanks the fans and says he was not sure if he was ever gonna win a World title, but their support kept inspiring him. He promises that this is just a begining. Claudio then brings out Wheeler Yuta. Chris Jericho fumes on the commentary as they mention that Yuta defeated Daniel Garcia at ROH Death Before Dishonor. Yuta takes the mic and was about to start when Jericho cuts them off. Jericho takes offense on the crowd chanting for them. Yuta screams at him to just shut up.

Yuta says beating Garcia has built his confidence and he is confident that he can beat Jericho too. Jericho is surprised at the statement. He tells Yuta that he can’t beat him ever. Yuta asks Claudio and Regal and the fans if he can beat Jericho. He repeats that he can beat Jericho a few times. Jericho gets irriratated and says Yuta can’t beat him. Jericho offers a match on Dynamite. Yuta declines the offer and mocks Jericho. Jericho ends up putting his title shot on the line against Moxley to get Yuta to agree to the match. Yuta agrees.


The Accliamed have a new rap video for The Gunn Club/A** Boys. They reveal that the match between the two teams will be a Dumpster match.


We get the split screen between Anna Jay(w/ Sammy and Tay) and Ruby Soho(w/ Eddie and Ortiz). Anna says slamming Ruby was the best decision of her life. Ruby calls her to leave JAS behind and face him alone. Anna agrees.

They lock up and Anna slams Ruby’s face to the mat. Ruby avoids a kick. She puts on a side headlock and then hits a shoulder tackle. Anna blocks her finisher but Ruby gets a two-count. Anna hits back with a kick. Ruby hits a kick to her face. Anna ends up hitting a superkick to her face by hanging her upside down in the corner. Anna hits a cannonball in the corner to take us to a break.

Anna has removed Ruby’s brace from her injured hand. Ruby hits him with left arm. Anna hits her with a thrust kick. Ruby hits a suplex. They trade slaps on the mat. Anna grabs the injured hand. Ruby hits her with a headbutts to break her grip. Anna hits an elbow and Ruby replies with a kick. A back heel trip gets Ruby a two-count. Anna blocks Destination Unknown and hits a slam to get a two-count.

Anna puts on the Queenslayer but Ruby rolls over to get a two-count. Ruby hits No Future kick to get a two-count. Ruby jumps from the top but Anna avoids it. Anna distracts the referee by throwing a wristband in the ring. She uses Ruby’s brace to put on Queenslayer behind the referee’s back. Ruby is put to sleep.
