Welcome to the Live Results blog for AEW Rampage September 2, 2022 episode as AEW presents a stacked card for the go-home Rampage episode for All Out 2022.

“Hangman” Adam Page will finally enter into the Trios Championship tournament as he replaces injured Preston “10” Vance to team up with Dark Order’s John Silver & Alex Reynolds. They will face Best Friends & Orange Cassidy in the semifinal of the tournament.

The line-up also includes Ricky Starks taking on QT Marshall with The Factory. Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo will team up to take on Ortiz and Ruby Soho in a non-title rematch. We will hear from Swerve in Our Glory and The Acclaimed as they prepare for AEW World Tag Team Championship match. AEW TBS’s Women’s Champion Jade Cargill and Athena will also come face-to-face for an interview with Mark Henry.

“Hangman” Adam Page, John Silver & Alex Reynolds defeated Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor & Trent Baretta – AEW Trios Championship Tournament Semifinal

Cassidy and Page are starting the match. Danhausen comes in and curses Page. The referee ejects Danhausen from the ring. Cassidy rolls up Page, but Page kicks out. Cassidy misses his dropkick with hands in his pocket. He then avoids Page’s clothesline. They come to a stalemate and tag in their partner teams. Some back and forth between the two teams. Best Friends hug in the ring after whips. Dark Order try to do the same but Best Friends slam their face into each other. Best Friends and Cassidy look for a triple suplex on Silver fromm the top, but Page saves him. Silver saves Page from a superkick and eats it himself. Beretta tags in as we cut to a break.

Page drops Reynolds on Best Friends on the floor. Page catches Cassidy and hits him with a Fallaway slam. Page accidentally takes out Reynolds as he goes for a dive on Best Friends. Best Friends put Page through a table. In the ring, Reynolds drops Cassidy with a DDT. Silver tags in and takes down all the opponents with quick strikes. Cassidy hits him with Stundog Millionaire. Cassidy hits Beach Break but Silver kicks out of the ring. Cassidy and Best Friends hits their triple team finisher and Page breaks the pin this time.

Page throws Best Friends out of the ring. Silver tags in Page. Page takes out Best Friends with a moonsault. Cassidy goes for a superplex but Page lands on his feet. He drops Baretta with a clothesline. He hits a piledriver on Cassidy only for Taylor to break the pin. Silver tags in and Cassidy gets him in a Cradle to get a two-count. Taylor tags in and beats Silver down. Taylor hits a package piledriver on Silver but Page breaks the pin. Cassidy nails Page with Orange Punch and Taylor goes to clothesline him to the floor. Silver manages to catch Taylor with a roll-up to get the pin.

Winner – Adam Page, John Silver & Alex Reynolds

Rey Fenix vs Blake Christian

Rey starts with roll-up. Christian hits him with spinning heel kick. Christian hits a dropkick after they run the ropes. Rey hits a big slap to the chest and back heel kick before more chest slaps. Christian trips him on the ropes. Rey hits him with an armdrag immediately. Another big slap to the chest from Rey. Christian sends him to the floor and hits a suicide dive. Back to the ring, Rey loosen his mask. Rey nails a thrust kick and hits big chops. Rey spikes Christian with a piledriver to get the pin.

Winner – Rey Fenix

Lexi Nair is with Hook for an interview but 2Point0 interrupt them. Angelo Parker asks Hook what if he beats him. Hook gets angry and removes his shirt. Menard and Parker talk some more trash to end the segment.

Sammy Guevara & Tay Melo vs Ortiz & Ruby Soho

Ortiz starts with big shots on Sammy. He hits big blows to Sammy’s back before more shots on his face and back. Sammy tries to hang onto the ropes and Ruby hits him with a kick to break his grip. Ruby drops Tay from the apron to take us to a break.

Sammy takes Ortiz to his corner as we return. Tay had trapped and injured Ruby’s arm in the steel steps. Ortiz hits a powerslam and brings in Ruby. Ruby tackles and then trips Tay a few times. Ruby hits headbutts in quick succession. Sammy comes in and Ortiz hits him with Manhatten drop, drops Ruby on him and hits a senton. Ruby tags in again and hits Sammy with a headbutt. Tay hits Ruby with DDT with Sammy’s help. Ortiz breaks the pin. Sammy and Tay go for a double suplex but Ortiz lands on his feet. Ruby rolls up and hangs on to get the pin.

Winner – Ortiz & Ruby Soho

Lexi Nair is backstage with Adam Page and Dark Order. Don Callis comes in and accuses Page of screwing The Young Bucks. He says betraying and screwing over friends gets easier as one goes on.


Jade Cargill(w/ Baddies) and Athena are with Mark Henry for an interview. They argue about why their feud should have ended months ago. Athena tries to disapprove of Cargill’s winning streak and vows to end it on Sunday.


We get a video package for Jon Moxley vs CM Punk match.


Tony Schiavone is with Swerve in Our Glory and The Acclaimed(w/ Billy Gunn). Billy and Acclaimed make their claim to defeat the champions at All Out. Lee and Swerve take shots at them as the argument continues. Swerve says they are made of gravel, rocks and stones, and that Rock beats Scissors.


FTR and Wardlow come out to the ring now. Dax Harwood is elated with the crowd support and says there was a time when he was low on confidence and he felt like nobody really loved him outside of his circle. But then, 2022 happened and from there their lives turned around. He says the match at All Out means a lot to him. He gets cut off with Jay Lethal and Motor City Machine Gun.

Chris Sabin claims that they are the biggest tag team of this generation as he introduces themselves. The crowd chants “a–holes” at them. Alex Shelley says FTR may be the best tag team currently due to them holding so many titles, but they have locker room authority and every wrestler stands up when they enter. Sonjay Dutt takes a shot at Dax’s family which enrages him. Dax tries to go for Dutt but Wardlow and Cash Wheeler stop him.


We cut to the split screen face-off between QT Marshall and Ricky Starks. Starks shows that he has trapped The Factory in a room. QT Marshall reaches that room and is trying to unlock the door. Starks attacks him but Marshall sends him into the production crates. Marshall takes Starks through the crowd when Starks takes the control.

They get into the ring and the bell rings. Starks unloads in the corner. The referee breaks them up. We cut to a break.

Starks has hit a superplex as we return. Starks hits more punches on QT before QT comes back with a gamengiri. Starks hits back with a belly-to-belly suplex. Starks hits a tornado DDT to get a two-count. The Factory are out to the ringside now. Starks ends up dropping Solow off the apron. QT tries to use the ropes in the pin but the referee catches him. Starks hits clothesline on Aaron Solow and throws off Comoroto.

Back to the ring, Starks avoids another pin. QT hits Diamond Cutter to get a near fall. Starks hits a spear after they run the ropes. Starks hits Roshambo to get the pin.

Winner – Ricky Starks

Powerhouse Hobbs comes out now and starts to brawl with Starks. Team of referees try to seperate them. Chris Jericho calls out Bryan Danielson on the commentary. Danielson comes out to the stage and asks Jericho gets up from the commentary to have a face-off. The show closes with Jericho and Danielson on the stage.
