Kenny Omega vs Jon Moxley- Lights Out Unsanctioned Match
After the hype video, Kenny Omega enters the ring. Jon Moxley enters from amidst the crowd. They get into each other’s face and Moxley starts the match even before the bell. He corners Omega and lays onto him. Omega counters and gets his strikes going. The sequence ends with Moxley hitting Kenny with a black hole. Moxley throws in the trash can and slams its cover right into Omega’s face. Omega moves out of the ring and throws Mox over the barricade. He jumps over the barricade and nails a dropkick. He grabs a beer can from someone in the crowd and slams it on Moxley’s face. Then, he hits a diving stomp while Mox was on a trash can.
As they return to the ringside, Moxley with a barbed wire bat, smacking Omega multiple times in the back, causing him to start bleeding. Moxley yells at Omega, “talk some s— now!” and jams the barbed wire in his back, then stomps down on it. Moxley tries to jam the bat into Omega’s face, Omega fights it off but gets some of that on his arm. Omega able to get a trash can and smack Moxely over the head and then jams Moxley down on it. Omega picks up the barbed wire bat, but tosses it aside. He goes out and grabs a table. He then angles the table on the barricade. He grabs his barbed wire broom.
Just as Omega faces Moxley, he eats a trash can. Moxley goes for a suicide dive and gets the broom right into his head! Blood is pouring out the back of Moxley’s head from that. Omega then scrapes away at Moxley’s back. Omega then gets the bat and drags it along Moxley’s forehead. Omega pulls out another trash can. Omega ends up using the trash can after hitting a second rope moonsault, didn’t get all of it, cover, two. Omega brings out a board that has a lot of mouse traps on it. Moxley punches on the back and they start another fast-paced sequence with strikes and counters. It ends with Moxley turning Kenny with a vicious clothesline.
Mox grabs Kenny and drops him on the mouse traps board with a suplex. He brings out some heavy chains and drops Omega on it with a side slam. Mox once again drops Omega’s head on those chains to get two-count. He locks those chains across Kenny’s face. Kenny grabs the trash can lid and throws it on Mox. Mox locks again and Kenny slams the lid on Mox’s face. Mox still keeps the control and hits the Rockbottom.
Moxley goes outside and brings a screwdriver. Kenny has grabbed the chain and punches Mox with it. Mox hits the side angle backdrop slam. Omega hits a couple of snapdragon suplex and wraps the chain around Moxley’s neck. He hands Moxley across the rope from the neck. Kenny is getting ready for a move and hits a plancha which takes both of them through a table set up on the ringside.
He drags Mox over the broken glasses and locks in the sharpshooter. Mox crawls over the glasses once again and uses the ropes to get out of the hold. Omega picks some glass pieces and force-feeds them to Mox. Kenny runs in and Mox hits him with a German suplex. Kenny comes back with the ripcord knee and hits the running knee. Moxley crawls out of the ring and onto the ramp. Kenny follows him and has grabbed the screwdriver. He smears the screwdriver across Mox’s head. Omega was asking for something to be brought out and the Young Bucks & Page have come out to tell him to end the fight. Omega insists and a barbed wire spider-web is brought out.
Kenny goes for the one-winged Angel but Moxley counter. Omega goes for the ripcord knee but Mox grabs him and hits the paradigm shift onto the barbed wire spider web. The Young Bucks and Page are trying to talk both of them out of the match. But they are continuing. Kenny hits Moxley with a trash can and hits the ripcord knee which takes both of them through the flex board. They get back into the ring after some time. Moxley hits the paradigm shift and gets Omega into the cradle but Omega still kicks out. Moxley is now cutting the mat and he exposes the hardboard from under the sheet.
Mox goes for the piledriver but Omega backdrops him. Kenny goes for the Pheonix splash but nobody is home. Mox covers him but Kenny kicks out. Jon Moxley hits the paradigm shift and gets the pin finally.
