4 Matches Announced for AEW Dark Debut Episode
AEW has announced the matches for the debut episode of their AEW Dark YouTube series on 8 October 2019.
AEW earlier announced the new series YouTube series where they will air all the dark matches taped before and after AEW Dynamite. Aptly titled ‘AEW Dark’, the show will be hosted by AEW Commentator Tony Schiavone and will be available for free on All Elite Wrestling official Youtube channel from 7 PM EST onwards.
The first episode will air later tonight and will feature the dark matches taped after 2 October’s debut episode of AEW Dynamite. The lineup is for this episode is as follows:
Darby Alin vs CIMA
SoCal Uncensored vs Jurassic Express – 6 Men Tag Team Match
Allie & Britt Baker vs Bea Priestley & Penelope Ford – Women’s Tag Team Match
Lucha Brothers & The Hybrid(Jack Evans & Angelico) vs Private Party & Best Friends – 8 Men Tag Team Match
The most interesting part is that these matches will be part of AEW’s whole win-loss record mechanism. AEW has maintained from the start that they will be using the recent win-loss ratios for all of their superstars to make booking decisions. This is likely to ensure long term bookings and avoid snap decisions on match results.
