AEW Collision October 28: MJF vs Kenny Omega AEW World Title Match Set
MJF will defend his AEW World Championship against Kenny Omega on October 28, 2023, episode of AEW Collision.
In the opening segment of October 25 episode of AEW Dynamite, MJF successfully defended his Dynamite Dozen Ring by defeating Robinson. MJF secured the win with a pinfall victory, executing his signature Heatseeker piledriver on Robinson.
Following the match, members of Bullet Club Gold tried to launch an assault on MJF. However, Roderick Strong, Matt Taven, and Mike Bennett rushed to the ring to aid MJF. Shortly after, The Acclaimed (Max Caster and Anthony Bowens) and Daddy Ass also made their way to the ring, prompting Bullet Club Gold to withdraw and leave the ring.

As MJF started to exit, he was unexpectedly stopped by Kenny Omega at the stage. Omega pointed out that MJF was just 5 days away from breaking his record for the longest-reigning AEW World Champion. Omega then issued a challenge to MJF for World title as he wanted to defend his streak. MJF accepted the challenge, and this highly anticipated showdown is set to take place on the October 28 episode of AEW Collision.
