Yesterday at Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo, Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks made two new announcements. First was the added stipulation being the AAA title on the line for the match between the Young Bucks and Lucha Bros and the return of ‘ALL IN 2’ at Chicago being the second one.
In February, the Young Bucks invaded the AAW Wrestling event in Chicago when Lucha Bros- Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix were defending their AAW Tag Team title and cost them the match. They also challenged the Lucha Bros for the match at AEW’s Double or Nothing event. Then again last week, they made an appearance at AAA Wrestling event in Mexico and defeated Lucha Bros in an impromptu match for the AAA Tag Team Championship. It was being speculated that their match for Double or Nothing will be for the AAA Tag Team Title and the same was announced yesterday.
The first ‘ALL IN’ event took place at Sears Center near Chicago. It was produced by Cody Rhodes and the Young Bucks(Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) and was a sold out event which lead to the formation of All Elite Wrestling Promotion. While announceing their intentions to host the second ALL IN event, Kenny Omega said, “A show very near and dear to my heart. I would like something to do with All In Part 2 – or whatever it is that we call it. So, heck, I don’t know, what do you say, guys? Let’s maybe do it again?”
Matt Jackson also said,”there’s a particular building here that has our damn faces on the plaque in the entrance, maybe we should go there,” referencing to the Sears Centre. They did not announce any particular date for the event.
