The Dirt Sheet

The show starts with a tribute to the US troops. After the theme song, we cut to the arena where The Dirt Sheet is back. Miz and Morrison are in the ring on their director’s chairs. They start by mocking Otis and his Money In the Bank win. Then, they move on to mock WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman, saying Strowman was stupid enough to hand around Otis who cash-in MITB anytime. They have a Dirt Sheet exclusive where they reveal a few Firefly Fun House puppets that Bray Wyatt rejected and but still ranks ahead of Braun.

Strowman comes out and heads to the ring. Miz and Morrison gets up and gets near the ropes. Strowman tosses a chair they were using. He thanks them for having him on tonight but Miz replies that he is pretty sure he is not booked. Strowman comments on Wyatt and his puppets. Miz warns Braun how dangerous Wyatt is. Morrison gets angry at Strowman have and this leads to a match between Miz and Strowman.

Braun Strowman vs The Miz

Miz dodges Strowman and punhces him at the back. Strowman gets angry and punches him in the corner. He hits a few blows to the chest, splashes in the corner, and shoulder tackles. A headbutt stuns the Miz but he fights back by low bridging Strowman out of the ring. He knees Strowman as he try to come back into the ring. Morrison hits Strowman with the sidekick from the barricade.

The Miz avoids Strowman as he charges and Strowman ends up getting into the ring post. Back in the ring, Miz rakes Strowman’s eyes and gets his boot up as Strowman charges. Strowman recovers and drops Miz from the waist-lock position. He splashes Miz in the corner and decks Morrison at the apron as he tries to get involved again. A suplex and a running power slam gets him the win.

Winner – Braun Strowman

After the match, Strowman celebrates. Morrison checks on The Miz. He takes the mic and challenges Strowman for a handicapped match at Backlash. Strowman agrees to the challenge.

AJ Styles vs Shinsuke Nakamura

AJ Styles makes his return to SmackDown after one year. We go to the commercial. Nakamura enters after the break and we start. Styles takes Nakamura to the corner right away and the referee calls for the break. Nakamura gets the headlock in as they start again. Styles goes to the ropes but Nakamura changes the sidelock. Styles counters with a waist lock now.

This goes on until Styles brings Nakamura down with a dropkick. He follows with a few chops in the corner. Nakamura catches him with an elbow but he is suckered into the corner wit Styles. More back and forth now. Nakamura gets better of Styles in the corner and hits a rolling German suplex. We go to another commercial.

Styles catches Nakamura’s kick as we return. Nakamura counters with side kick and Styles comes back with the Pele kick. Both men are down. Styles goes on to hit a clothesline and a few more moves before hitting the Ushi-Garushi to get a near fall. Nakamura takes him to the corner and Styles counters it by rolling him into the calf crusher. Nakamura catches the ropes quickly. He drops Styles in the middle of the ring and Styles hits him with a forearm.

Nakamura with a falcon arrow to get a two-count. More back and forth and Nakamura hits a sliding knee for another two-count. Styles rolls him after avoiding the Kinshasa. But Nakamura catches him in the triangle choke. Styles then changes it into the Styles clash. Nakamura still kicks out after 2. A bit of back and forth near the apron, Styles hits him with the phenomenal forearm to gets the pin.

Winner- AJ Styles

We see how Charlotte tried to ignite a feud between Bayley and Sasha Banks. Bayley and Sasha are backstage. Sasha was telling Bayley about some plan but Bayley tells her that she does not want her in her corner for this match. Bayley tells her that she needs to prove that she can win without her help.

Charlotte Flair vs Bayley

They lock up and Charlotte knees Banks into the gut. She slams her into the turnbuckle a couple of times. Bayley also slams her back into mat as they come to a stalemate. They try to put each other in the waist lock but Charlotte ends up hitting a back elbow. Bayley tries to use the ropes but could not get the pin.

Flair kicks Bayley in the gut. Bayley sends Flair to the apron but Flair lands a big knee, sending her to the floor. Bayley grabs Flair’s foot and drops her on the apron. Bayley goes for a baseball slide but Flair drops her. Charlotte dumps her over the barricade now. She then takes the commentaters mic and calls out Sasha. We go to the break.

Charlotte is in control as we return. She goes to the top but Bayley trips her. Flair goes for a running boot but gets hung up on the rope. Bayley kicks her and Charlotte ends up getting slammed into the rinpost. Bayley goes for the dropkick through the rope but Flair moves and rocks her. Bayley slams Charlotte into the barricade now. Charlotte comes back with an elbow in the ring. Bayley brings her down with a clothesline to get a two-count.

Bayley with more attack now until Charlotte catches her from the crossbody and drops her. Flair blocks a right hand and beats Bayley into the corner. Bayley turns it around with shoulder thrusts. Bayley charges to the corner and Charlotte hits a knee and slams her into the turnbuckle. She hits a moonsault from the top to get a near fall now. Bayley hits her to the ropes, brings her into the corner and hits her with a running knee to the head. Bayley drops the elbow but Charlotte gets her knees up. Charlotte puts on the Boston crab.

Bayley turns it into a pin attempt for a two-count. Charlotte is slammed into the corner and then comes the elbow drop. Bayley still could not get the pin. Bayley is frustrated now and is shouting at the commentators. She hits a series of chops while Charlotte is on her knees, hulking up. Flair decks her and then hits her own series of chops in the corner. They tangle for a bit and Charlotte rolls Bayley and tries to use the ropes. Bayley counters and end up getting the pin with the ropes to get the win.

Winner- Bayley

After the break, we see Sasha is chirping in Bayley’s ear about her win. Bayley looks irritated but that was all drama and she is also glad to defeat Flair.
