The commentary team recaps yesterday’s accident with Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley to start the show.

Kevin Owens Show with Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre

Kevin Owens comes out for the KO show segment. His guests for the night are Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre. McIntyre is in his ring gear. KO asks Shane whether he is afraid of the Undertaker, and Shane casually tells him that he is not. He also announces that their match at Extreme Rules will be ‘No Holds Barred’. Drew cuts a promo and says that everyone knew how dangerous he was in a normal match which made him even more dangerous in a No Holds Barred.

KO is almost disdainful. Owens shows more footage from RAW, this time of Shane and McIntyre running after the Undertaker’s gong hit. Shane tells him to keep the line of questions strictly to what was decided prior to the show. KO reads out some of the questions but looks sick of them. He asks Shane about how does it feel to lose to the Undertaker at WrestleMania. Shane doesn’t appreciate KO’s questions and he and McIntyre have head enough.

Dolph Ziggler’s music hits and he comes out. KO tells him to be away from his show because he does not want to listen to another ‘It should have been me’ promo. But once again Ziggler whines about how he deserves to be WWE Champion and Kevin Owens looks like he should enter a hotdog eating competition.

For some reason, Shane books KO and Dolph Ziggler as a tag-team to face Heavy Machinery later in the night. Neither KO nor Ziggler looks happy after Shane’s announcement as a disgruntled KO leaves the arena. Have they started KO’s face turn? He does not seem to be playing well with the heels tonight.

Daniel Bryan Beats Big E

Woods and Big E are backstage and are asked about their title shot at Extreme Rules now being a triple threat match. Woods says that they were ready for the fight and to take the titles back.

Big E throws Bryan across the ring in a show of power. Bryan tries a shoulder tackle but E doesn’t even budge. He smiles and tells Bryan to do it again. He locks Bryan in an abdominal stretch and spanks him a few times. Bryan gets free but his move is countered by Big E who turns him inside out with a clothesline. Bryan gets out of the ring for a breather as we head to the break.

Bryan had E locked in a half crab during the break. We see him unloading on his surgically repaired knee with kicks and a running basement dropkick on it. He slaps Big E’s head a few times and it angers Big E. He gets up and hits a trio of belly to belly suplexes. Bryan hits a few Yes Kick before E plants him with a slam and hits a running splash for two-count. Bryan distracts the referee and Rowan smashes Big E’s face in the ring post. He rolls him back inside and Bryan ends up getting the win with his flying knee.
