Sasha Banks(c) vs Bayley – WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship
Sasha Banks comes out to open the show. A video package for Sasha-Bayley rivalry before we cut to Bayley for a backstage interview. She claims that she will end the 13-day title reign. Bayley heads out to the ring. Sasha gets in her face before the announcements.
Bell rings and they jockey for the position to start with. Bayley shows her aggression by pushing away Sasha. Sasha hits an arm drag after springboard from the top turnbuckle. They tussle a bit before Bayley halts the second arm drag. Sasha manuevers and gets Bayley in the Bank statement. Bayley was quick to grab the ropes and goes out for a breather as we go to the break.
Sasha pulls Bayley off the apron to send her face-first into it. She gets a two-count after Meteora. Bayley sends her in the air and onto the floor. Back in the ring, Bayley continues to be in control for a while. Sasha counters in the corner and hits another Meteora in the corner. Bayley comes back with a clothesline for a two-count. Banks hits another Meteora from the top but could not cover Bayley. Bayley moves out of the ring and Sasha takes her down with a crossbody as we head to another break.
Both end up on the floor and Bayley sends Sasha into the announce table. Sasha takes her down from the top as she goes for the elbow drop. Banks with an elbow strike while Bayley was hanging off the apron and then hits a frog splash to get a nearfall. They both avoid each other’s moves before Sasha gets Bayley into the bacnk statement briefly. Bayley tries to use a kendo stick and a chair.
Sasha dropkicks into the chair but Bayley hits Bayley-to-Belly for a close two-count. Bayley follows with an elbow drop off the top for another near fall. Sasha fights off a backstabber before Bayley hits running knee. Bayley then puts Sasha into the crossface submission move. Sasha turns it into a two-count. Sasha hits a running knee at the apron, then the backstabber into the Bank statement to get the submission from Bayley.
Winner- Sasha Banks(retains SmackDown Women’s Title)
After the match, Sasha celebrates in the ring for a while and then heads to the stage. Carmella attacks her from behind and hits a powerbomb on the stage. We cut to the break.
Kevin Owens comes up to Jey Uso and jokes about Jey getting coffee for Roman Reigns. He then talks about Survivor Series where they both are in team SmackDown. We cut to the break.
Jey Uso is with Kayla Braxton after a video package for his storyline with Roman Reigns. Kayla asks him about him beating up Daniel Bryan. Jey says Bryan is his friend but he is not family. Paul Heyman appears and tells them to stop the interview as this is not authorized by Roman. Things gets tense between Jey and Kayla as she comments about Heyman being in better position than Jey in the family.
Rey Mysterio is backstage talking to someone when Dominik comes up to him. Dominik asks him to get ready for his match against Baron Corbin. Dominik goes away and Corbin attacks Rey.
After the break, Heyman and Jey are outside Roman’s room. Heyman tells Jey to wait outside and he will go and get Roman. Roman comes out in a while and asks Jey why he was talking to Kayla without asking him. He then asks Jey about Kevin Owens. Jey says KO was just joking. Roman says KO was disrespecting the family and whether Jey is gonna let it slide. Jey tells him that he will take care of it.
Rey Mysterio vs King Baron Corbin
Corbin dominates to start the match. Rey hits a few elbows in the gut but Corbin continue to dominate. Dominik checks on his father when he gets thrown out of the ring. Rey sidesteps as Corbin charges at him at the steel steps. Back in the ring, Corbin hits an elbow as Rey charges at him. Rey counters him into a two-count and then sends him out with scissors. Seth Rollins’ music hits and he comes out to the ramp. We cut to the break.
Rey hits a springboard splash before Corbin sends into the corner. Corbin hits a backbreaker in the middle of the ring. Seth Rollins is cheering up Corbin from the ramp as Dominik stands in between ring and Rollins. Corbin with a few more backbreakers. Rey moves out of the ring and Corbin thrashes him into the apron. Corbin continues to be in control until Rey uses an eye poke.
Rey with quick moves- scissors, running dropkick and springboard leg drop. Rey sends him to the ropes for 619. But Corbin moves out of the ring and attacks Dominik. Rey comes out to save Dominik and sends Corbin back into the ring. Rollins now attacks Dominik and Rey takes him down also. Murphy and Alayah are now at the apron and Rey shouts at them to go back. Rey goes to the ring and Corbin hits the End of Days for the pin and the win.
Winner – Baron Corbin
