Drew McIntyre vs Dolph Ziggler – Steel Cage Match

Ziggler gets the action going and tried to escape early. Drew pulled him back to the mat and hit him with a stiff chops and a big vertical suplex. The crowd was supporting Ziggler throughout the match. This match went back & forth with a lot of great action.

McIntyre pulled Ziggler from the top of the cage with a superplex. He then slammed Ziggler into the cage. McIntyre got the pin with two back to back Claymore Kicks. After the match, Ziggler started shouting at McIntyre to come and finish him. McIntyre returned to the cage and bridged Ziggler’s head in between chair and cage to hit him with another Claymore kick. McIntyre then announced that he will be in this year’s Royal Rumble match. McIntyre was exiting but he returned to the cage one more time to hit him with Claymore one more time.

Winner: Drew McIntyre

Rollins’ Demand

Seth Rollins heads to the ring after the break to discuss Dean Ambrose and IC title. He talked starting 2019 on a fresh note and wanting rematch for the Intercontinental championship. Triple H came to the ring and told Rollins that there are no more automatic rematches for titles and that maybe Rollins doesn’t deserve it.

Triple H tried to ignite Rollins by saying that he wanted the old version of Seth Rollins back. Triple H puts Rollins in a match with Bobby Lashley for the night. Just as they were finished, Shane McMahon came out and announced a Battle Royal with the winner facing Dean Ambrose for the title.

Battle Royle for #1 Contender

The winner of this match will face WWE Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose in a title match later tonight. Apollo Crews started eliminations by throwing out No Way Jose and Viktor back to back. Lucha House Party eliminated Titus O’Neal. Balor goes on to eliminate all 3 from LHP one by one. Crews gets more eliminations with Tyler Breeze being his 7th guy to be removed from him.

Corbin eliminated Balor and only Ryder, Hawkins, Crews and Corbin are last four in the ring. Corbin eliminated Ryder with a backdrop. Hawkins was the next one to be eliminated. Crews and Corbin fought until Apollo hits a jumping kick to get the elimination. He has earned a title shot against Dean Ambrose later in the show tonight.

Winner: Apollo Crews

Natalya is in an interview backstage and announced her entry in the Royal Rumble. Nia Jax and Tamina attacked Nattie from behind and they beat her up before some producers broke the fight.

Corbin cuts a promo in the ring and said he was screwed out of his job at TLC. Elias interrupted him with his guitar. Soon, a brawl break out between them. Corbin sent Elias into barricade before they spilled into the crowd. Elias eventually got the upper hand and sent Corbin running up the ramp.

The Riott Squad vs Bayley, Sasha Banks and Ember Moon- 6 Women Tag Team Match

Bayley and Liv started the action before Liv brought in Logan. Sasha came in to hit hit Logan with a Meteora. Sasha, Bayley and Moon took control over Logan. Moon got a couple of near falls before hitting a dropkick. Riott Squad kept control of the match until Moon and Bayley interfered. Banks hit Logan with the backstabber to set up Bayley for an elbow drop to get the win.

Winner- Bayley, Sasha Banks and Ember Moon

Bobby Lashley vs Seth Rollins

Rollins attacked Lashley right after the bell. Lashley replied with a waist lock takedown before hitting shoulder blocks in the corner. Rollins landed a few chops and an enziguiri. He took Bobby out of the ring to hit him with a dive. With the referee distracted, Lashley hit Rollins with a flatliner before Rush dropped him with a hurricanrana on the floor. Lashley kept control for some time but Rollins was starting to get mad.

Rollins comes back with springboard clotheslines. Lio distracted Rollins once for Lashley to take advantage with a shot from behind. Rollins hit Lashley with a chair to lose the match by DQ. After the match, Rollins hit Lashley and Rush with more chair shots. Rollins ended the segment with the curbstomp on Rush.

Winner- Bobby Lashley by Disqualification

Rhyno and Heath Slater vs The Singh Brothers and Jinder Mahal- 3 on 2 Handicap Match

Slater started off against Mahal but was soon distracted by the Singh Brothers. Mahal hit a clothesline on Slater before The Singh Brother double teamed with a double suplex. Rhyno got a hot tag against Sunil and dropped The Singh Brotherswith a belly-to-belly suplex. rhyno hit Jinder with a spinebuster. Singh Brother distracted the referee and Slater, allowing Mahal to hit Rhyno the Khallas to get the pin.

Winner- Jinder Mahal and The Singh Brothers

Dean Ambrose vs Apollo Crews- Intercontinental Championship Match

Crews hit a dropkick and a sunset flip to start the match. Apollo then hit a moonsault from the apron to the floor. Ambrose stomped on Crews before hitting a clothesline. Then they ended up clotheslining each other at the same time. Crews unloaded a flurry of strikes and hit a Samoan drop. Crews kept on the control. He countered Dirty Deeds by hitting a powerbomb, but later missed a frog splash from the top. Ambrose hit the Dirty Deeds for the pin and the win.

Winner- Dean Ambrose

Natalya and Ronda Rousey vs Nia Jax and Tamina 

Ronda and Nia started off the match and Ronda went for the armbar right out of the gate. Natalya was tagged in and Nia saved Tamina from trouble by dragging her out of the ring. Ronda took out both opponents with a suicide dive. Nia and Tamina then put Natalya under attack before Tamina and Natalya cross-bodied each other.

Rousey hit Nia with a huge rights and elbows to drop her. Nia recovered quickly though and went on drop Rousey with a Samoan drop. Rousey put the armbar on Tamina and Nia had to hit a leg drop to break the submission. Natalya came to engage Jax. Rousey put Tamina in the armbar once again to get the submission.
