Firefly Fun House Segment

It’s time for the brand new episode of Firefly Fun House. Bray Wyatt says hello and then apologizes to Finn Balor for what The Fiend did to him. He says it was really rude of him to Balor like that and winks. Devil Vince shows up, and he is pissed about Wyatt challenging Braun Strowman or Seth Rollins to a Universal title match at Hell in a Cell.

Wyatt feeds Devil Vince some money and he goes away. Incredible shot at Vince. Wyatt says Seth and Braun don’t make a good team and in another life, they took something very dear to him. But unlike those bozos, he’s learned to embrace the concept of teamwork. He says that all the Fun House characters, who help him cope with the pain, but The Fiend helps him inflict it on others. That’s all the Bray Wyatt we are getting this weak.

Corey Graves is backstage with referee John Cone and he asks about the official decision from Samoa Joe vs Ricochet match from earlier. Before Cone can speak, Baron Corbin slides in to say they Joe and Ricochet eliminated each other and he gets a bye in the next round. Cone says Ricochet and Joe were both not eliminated and instead they both advance. So the semifinals will be a triple threat match next week. Corbin is pissed about the development. Corbin and John Cone have their mini rivalry going on since Super Showdown.

Charly Caruso is with Rey Mysterio now backstage. She asks him to talk about the emotional rollercoaster he’s been experiencing with his family. He brings up his son convincing him to dig deep inside and stay with pro wrestling, telling him it meant so much to grow up inside the WWE family. Rey can’t thank him enough for reminding him of who he is and convincing him to continue to pursue his passion. Rey also says that he is not done yet and still have much more to accomplish.

The Miz vs Cesaro

Cesaro hits Miz with a running uppercut right after the bell and gets a two-count. He follows Miz out of the ring and hits another huge uppercut before dropping him across the barricade. Miz hits a few kicks before Cesaro nails him with another uppercut. Miz gets knocked off the top turnbuckle and Cesaro hits a deadlift superplex from the apron for a close two count. Miz spikes him with a DDT for a quick two count. Cesaro sets up for the Neutralizer but Miz counters.

Cesaro is dropped by the Miz and he tried to take out the Swiss Cyborg. He has the upper hand again and tries and hits the running knees in the corner. Cesaro comes back and hits the Uppercut, but Miz kicks out. Miz gets out and tries the Figure Four which he counters. Cesaro tries to use the ropes for leverage during a pin but the referee sees it. Miz beats him down in the corner but Cesaro fires back with some stiff uppercuts. The Miz hits the Skull Crushing Finale out of nowhere for the pin and the win.
