Drew McIntyre vs Randy Orton Booked Inside Hell in a Cell

Drew Mcintyre vs Randy Orton WWE Championship Hell In A Cell 2020

Drew McIntyre will defend his WWE Championship inside Hell in a Cell against Randy Orton at the 2020 edition of Hell in a Cell PPV.

Randy Orton opened tonight’s WWE RAW with a promo and discussed how he does not remember anything from Clash of Champion, but only that Big Show chokeslamming him into the announce table, Christian ambushing him and Shawn Michaels’ superkick, McIntyre kicking him in the head and the ambulance being driven by Ric Flair.

He added that McIntyre standing in the ring last week on RAW with these legends made him sick. The Viper then said after action the WWE Legends took at Clash of Champions, he felt obligated to attack them and re-introduce them to the Legend Killer.

Orton then addressed WWE Champion Drew McIntyre saying that McIntyre always says he wants to cement his legacy. “That legacy will be waiting for Drew if he survives one more WWE Title match against Orton, inside Hell In a Cell,” Orton said.

The Scottish Psychopath has reached Orton’s room by that time and attacked Orton. Later in the show, McIntyre accepted the challenge and confirmed the match for Hell in a Cell 2020 PPV. You can check this link for more WWE RAW results from 5 October 2020 episode.

This is the second match to be confirmed for the PPV. Roman Reigns vs Jey Uso Universal Championship match was also confirmed on Saturday for the Hell in a Cell 2020 PPV.

This will also be the third World title match between Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton this year. Earlier, McIntyre defeated Orton in title matches at SummerSlam 2020 and then in an ambulance match at Clash of Champions 2020.

During Clash of Champions, Big Show, Christian, Shawn Michaels and Ric Flair, all got involved to help McIntyre out at various points in the match. In earlier months, Orton had taken out all four of them with his punt kick.
