Sacrifice Main Event Could Set Up Big Crossover Match

Impact Sacrifice 2021 could make way for a big crossover match between Impact and AEW.

Impact Wrestling will air their next Impact Plus Special event Sacrifice 2021 next month. The event will feature Impact World Champion Rich Swann vs TNA World Heavyweight Champion Moose in a Winner Takes All Title vs Title Match.

Spoiler Alert- The match was taped earlier in February and saw Rich Swann winning both the titles. Dave Meltzer provided updates on the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter on Impact’s plan following this title match.

Dave Meltzer speculated that this story is setting up Rich Swann vs AEW World Champion Kenny Omega at Impact Rebellion PPV which will air on 24 April. Omega referring to himself as a “belt collector” in his first Impact promo back in December could also play into the storyline.

Wrestling Inc added that the Rebellion poster has the Greek letter for “omega” in the middle of it as a hint to Kenny Omega wrestling at the PPV. Stay tuned for more updates on Impact Wrestling.
