Impact Wrestling Announce New Weekly TV Pre-Show
Impact Wrestling has announced a new weekly TV show – Before The Impact, which will air each Tuesday on AXS TV.
Before The Impact(BTI) will serve as a pre-show for the weekly Impact Wrestling TV show. It will air at 7 PM ET as the one-hour lead-in to the weekly show which airs from 8 PM ET onwards.
The press release also added the weekly special segment “Iceman’s Intel” with George Iceman, which is said to be a highlight of the show. The pre-show will also feature in-ring matches. Team XXXL’s Ace Romero and Larry D vs. The Decay’s Crazzy Steve and Black Taurus will be the first match to be taken place next week.
Jon Burton, Josh Mathews and Gia Miller are announced as the host of the show. Josh Mathews will also serve as the Senior Producer of BTI.
Impact Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore said BTI will serve as Impact’s version of a pre-game show.
“BEFORE THE IMPACT will be IMPACT Wrestling’s version of a pregame show,” D’Amore said in the press release. “Fans have been asking for more IMPACT action on AXS TV and we’re excited to debut a new show and format with BTI.”
