Jon Moxley Warned for Attacking Referee
Jon Moxley has been warned for his attack on the referee Paul Turner at this week’s AEW Dynamite episode.
At this week’s AEW Dynamite episode, Jon Moxley and PAC battled their way to a time limit draw. Moxley had nearly pinned PAC at the end of the bout, but he was late to cover after the Death Rider and PAC was able to kick out with seconds remaining in the match.
As the referee Paul Turner explained the time limit draw to Moxley, Moxley started arguing and dropped him with a paradigm shift, yelling “time limit, my ass.” Later, AEW announced since it wasn’t the first time that Moxley has gone after a referee, he has been warned. Another attack on the official could result in a fine and/or suspension.
Moxley will be in action at next week’s AEW Dynamite but his opponent is yet to be announced. He is also scheduled to face Kenny Omega at AEW Full Gear 2019 on November 9 at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, MD.
