UFC Vegas 82: Jonny Parsons Out, Myktybek Orolbai Faces Uros Medic
Myktybek Orolbai is set to make his UFC debut by stepping in for Jonny Parsons to take on Uros Medic at UFC Vegas 82 event.
According to a report from Logan Offord, Jonny Parsons will not be competing in his scheduled fight against Uros Medic. Myktybek Orolbai will step in as a replacement in the welterweight bout. The specific reason for Jonny Parsons’s withdrawal from the fight has not been disclosed.

Myktybek Orolbai’s upcoming fight will be his debut in the UFC. He is currently on a six-fight winning streak. In his most recent bout at LFA 170 event, Orolbai secured a victory over Hayward Charles via knockout. Prior to that, at LFA 164 event, he defeated Gláucio Eliziário also by knockout. Orolbai’s professional MMA record stands at 11 wins, 1 loss, and 1 draw.
Uros Medic is currently on a two-fight winning streak. His most recent victory was a third-round TKO against Matthew Semelsberger at UFC 291. Prior to that win, he secured a second-round TKO against Omar Morales in May of the previous year.
UFC Vegas 82 event is scheduled for November 18, and it is expected to take place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. A featherweight bout is also set for the event, where Jonathan Pearce will face Joanderson Brito.
