UFC Fight Night: Dern vs Ribas event, scheduled for January 11, 2025, will be the first UFC event of 2025. Also known as UFC Vegas 101, It is set to take place at UFC Apex Arena in Las Vegas, NV, and will be headlined by a women’s strawweight bout between Amanda Ribas and Mackenzie Dern.
The event is slated to start at 4 PM ET on ESPN+ streaming with the prelims card. The main card will start at 7 PM ET, also on ESPN+ streaming.

This will be UFC’s first event in the year 2025. Also, it is the 101st Fight Night event at UFC Apex Arena in Las Vegas, NV, and hence, it is also known as UFC Vegas 101.
Amanda Ribas and Mackenzie Dern are booked to headline this event in a women’s strawweight bout. This is rematch between these two fighters after their first bout in October 2019 where Ribas won via unanimous decision. The rematch was originally booked on the main card of UFC Tampa event on December 14, 2024. But then, it was moved to this event to headline the card.
Germaine de Randamie was reportedly booked to face Jacqueline Cavalcanti at this event. But, the booking was canceled when de Randamie announced her retirement.
