Aljamain Sterling vs a returning Henry Cejudo headlines the card for UFC Bantamweight Championship the title that Cejudo relinquished when he left UFC in 2020. Will he be able to win it back from Sterling, who will make his third defense of the title?

The co-main event was agreed just three weeks back with Gilbert Burns competing in his second PPV co-main event in succession after beating Neil Magny t UFC 287 4 weeks back. He will face #4 Welterweight contender Belal Muhammad. The winner is assured a title shot from the winner of Leon Edwards vs Colby Covington bout.

Brazil’s Deigo Lopes makes his UFC debut on the main card on just 5-days notice against Movsar Evloev. Jessica Andrade returns for her third bout this year as she takes on Yan Xiaonan in a flyweight bout.

The early prelims now just has 3 bouts after a bout was canceled due to weight cut issues. The coverage will start at 6:30 PM ET and we will be here with all the results from UFC 288 PPV.
