UFC 283: Warlley Alves Set to Meet Nicolas Dalby in Jan 2023
A new welterweight bout has been added to the match card of the UFC 283 PPV event.
It has been confirmed on Monday that Warlley Alves would collide against Nicolas Dalby on January 23, 2023, at UFC 283 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Warrlley Alves hasn’t made any appearance since losing to Jeremiah Wells last year in June. He was scheduled to face Jack Della Maddalena earlier this year in January, but he withdrew from this bout. Alves picked up his last win against Mounir Lazzez in January 2021 via a first-round TKO.
On the other hand, Nicolas Dalby is coming over a win against Claudio Silva. Before that he lost against Tim Means. Dalby also holds a win against Daniel Rodriguez at UFC 255.
Now, it remains to be seen whether Warlley Alves will return to the winning path or will Nicolas Dalby win his second consecutive match when these two welterweights collide in Brazil.
UFC 283 is expected to be headlined by the UFC Flyweight title unification bout between Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno.
