Rose Namajunas Heads to 125 Pounds, Fights Manon Fiorot at UFC Paris
The former UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion Rose Namajunas is set to make her 125 pounds debut.
According to the latest reports, Rose Namajunas will make her UFC women’s flyweight debut against the undefeated Manon Fiorot at the UFC Fight Night event in Paris on September 2, 2023.
Farah Hannoun of MMA Junkie was the first one to report this matchup. Later, UFC also confirmed this bout via social media.

Rose Namajunas’ last fight took place more than a year ago. Carla Esparza defeated her to win the UFC Women’s Strawweight Championship and broke her three-fight winning streak as well. Before that, Namajunas defeated Zhang Weili twice and Jessica Andrade.
On the other hand, Manon Fiorot is yet to lose a single match in UFC. She won all five of her matches so far. She is coming off a unanimous decision win against Katlyn Chookagian at UFC 280.
Now, it will be interesting to see whether Rose Namajunas will be able to dominate the 125-pound division as well or will Manon Fiorot continue her impressive run.
UFC Paris is set to take place at the Accor Arena on September 2, 2023, and will be headlined by Cirly Gane vs Serghei Spivac heavyweight bout.
