ONE Championship was back with Friday Fights 89 event on November 29, 2024, from Bangkok, Thailand.
Headlining the event in a bantamweight Muay Thai bout were Yod-IQ Or Pimolsri and Kirill Khomutov. Yod-IQ was looking for his fifth win in a row under ONE Championship banner. Khomutov was also coming off a win in his only Muay Thai bout in the promotion this year.
