Max Griffin vs Michael Morales Set for UFC Vegas 76 in July
A new welterweight bout has been added to the match card of UFC Vegas 76 on July 1, 2023.
According to the latest reports, the emerging welterweight Michael Morales is set to go one-on-one against Max Griffin at the UFC Fight Night event on July 1.
Carlos Contreras Legaspi was the first one to report this bout which was also confirmed by Marcel Dorff of EuroSports on Twitter. You can see the tweet below.
Max Griffin’s three-fight winning streak was snapped by Neil Magny as the latter defeated him via split decision in March 2022. Griffin managed to rebound from this loss and is coming off a split decision win against Tim Means in October 2022.
On the other hand, Michael Morales earned his way to UFC with the help of the Dana White Contender Series. He impressed everyone in his UFC debut by defeating Trevin Giles via first-round TKO at UFC 270. He kept this momentum and beat Adam Fugitt via third-round TKO at UFC 277 in his most recent bout.
Now, Michael Morales is looking for his third consecutive UFC win whereas Max Griffin is determined to start a winning streak again. So, who do you think will win when these two welterweights collide at UFC Vegas 76 on July 1?
