Joselyne Edwards vs Ailin Perez Reported for UFC 302 PPV
Joselyne “La Pantera” Edwards(13-5) will reportedly face Ailin “Fiona” Perez(9-2) at UFC 302 PPV.
ESPN’s Carlos Legaspi reported the news about the bantamweight bout. This is the first to be reported for UFC 302 which is expected to take place on June 1, 2024, in Newark, NJ. These two got into an altercation at UFC Performance Institute in November last year as per Perez which left her with a black eye.
Joselyne Edwards is coming off a loss against Nora Cornolle at UFC Paris 2023 Fight Night which ended her 3-fight winning streak. Edwards’ UFC record stands at 4 wins and 3 losses.
Ailin Perez made her UFC debut at UFC Paris 2022 with a loss to Stephanie Egger. She had two wins in 2023 over Ashlee Evans-Smith at UFC Vegas 77 and Lucie Pudilová at UFC Vegas 82.
