Ariane Lipski to Fight Melissa Gatto on July 1 UFC Event
A new women’s flyweight bout has been added to UFC Vegas 76 event in July.
According to the latest reports, Ariane Lipski will fight Melissa Gatto at UFC Vegas 76 on July 1 later this year.
Ag Fight was the first one to report this matchup which was later confirmed by Marcell Dorff of EuroSports as well.
Melissa Gatto made an impressive UFC debut by defeating Victoria Leonardo via second-round TKO at UFC 265. She then defeated Sijara Eubanks via third-round TKO in her second match. However, her winning streak was snapped by Tracy Cortez as the latter defeated her via a unanimous decision at UFC 274.
On the other hand, Ariane Lipski is coming off a decision win against JJ Aldrich. Before that, she lost to Priscila Cachoeira via a first-round TKO in August 2022.
Melissa Gatto is determined to get back on the winning path whereas Ariane Lipski will try to start a winning streak. Hence, it will be interesting to see which one of them will pick up the win at UFC Vegas 76 on July 1.
