Garcia returns to boxing after one year doping ban imposed upon him after his win over Devin Haney last year. Romero is coming off a win over Manuel Jaimes. The card also features Devin Haney’s return for the first time since that loss to Garcia as he faces Jose Carlos Ramirez.
