Jose Zepeda and Regis Prograis will clash in California, Carson, on November 26, 2022, with the vacant WBC Super Lightweight title on the line.
The title was vacated by Josh Taylor earlier this year and the winner of this bout will have the winner of the Teofimo Lopez Jr. vs Sandor Martin bout waiting as the mandatory defense.
Zepeda enters the ring for the first time this year. He was last seen knocking out Josue Vargas in the first round in October 2021. Prograis defeated Tyrone McKenna in Dubai in March this year to pick up his third win in a row.
The co-main event will see Yokasta Valle taking on Evelyn Nazarena Bermudez with Valle’s IBF & WBO Light Flyweight Championship on the line.
