Legendary Boxer Manny Pacquiao Officially Retired from Boxing

Manny Pacquiao officially announced his retirement from boxing after having a legendary career. 

Pacquiao is one of the greatest boxers of all time. He had 12 world titles in eight different divisions. Manny Pacquiao retired with an amazing record of 62-8-2. 

On Tuesday, the 42-year-old boxer released a video where he formally announced his retirement. He stated that it is difficult to accept for him but his time as a boxer is over now. 

Also, Manny Pacquiao is one of the 12 Senators in the Philippines as he announced his candidacy for the Presidential elections next year. 

Manny Pacquiao expressed his gratitude and revealed that boxing changed his life and it gave him the chance to fight out of poverty. It was because of boxing that he inspired several people all around the world and provided courage to them. 

Unfortunately, Manny Pacquiao lost his very last fight against Yordenis Ugas via unanimous decision. It was his second loss in the last five fights of his career. Pacquiao ended his farewell message by thanking the boxing fans all around the world.
