Stadium Stampede Match Announced for AEW Double or Nothing

AEW Stadium Stampede Match

Chris Jericho’s The Inner Circle and Kenny Omega’s The Elites will battle at AEW Double or Nothing 2020 in a Stadium Stampede match.

Chris Jericho was in action at AEW Dynamite this week against Pineapple Pete(enhancement talent). After this win, Jericho cut a promo for The Elite. He mentioned that both The Young Bucks and Hangman Page have not been around since the COVID-19 pandemic started.

Jericho then challenged The Elites for the Stadium Stampede match on behalf of The Inner Circle. He also claimed that the street fight that took place last week, would be nothing compared to fighting inside the TIAA Bank Field. The stadium is connected to Daily’s Place where Double or Nothing is expected to be shot.

Jericho said he would be waiting for the Elite to accept. But the wait was not for long as Vanguard-1(Matt Hardy’s drone) flew in. The drone carried the Inner Circle T-shirt that it stole from Jericho several weeks ago. Jericho assumed that the drone was there to accept the match on behalf of The Elite.

After asking Vanguard-1 if it had changed his mind on joining the Inner Circle, Jericho then introduced the sixth member of the group, bringing out Floyd the baseball bat. Jericho then proceeded to destroy Vanguard-1 with the bat until Matt Hardy came out to attack the Inner Circle.
