United States Title Match Announced for RAW Next Week
WWE United States Championship will be on the line next week(25 November 2019) on RAW as AJ Styles will defend his title against Humberto Carrillo.
Humberto Carrillo made his WWE RAW debut last month in a match against Seth Rollins when he was still the WWE Universal Champion. Although he came out on the losing side, he still impressed fans with his impressive work. Next week, he was up against AJ Styles in one of the series of matches between them.
Humberto Carrillo got the United States title shot at WWE Crown Jewel after he won the 20 Men Battle Royal. Although, he was still unable to win the title from Styles. They met again in the last two weeks in tag team matches. Carrillo was able to pin Styles in a tag team match last week with some help from Randy Orton.
Styles and the OC were once again on Carrillo’s tail and challenged him to face Karl Anderson. As the OC tried to pull the number game on him, the Street Profit came to his aid. After some good work and some chaos at the ringside, Carrillo was able to pin Anderson.
Later in the show, Charly Caruso announced that Humberto Carrillo will get the title shot against AJ Styles next week on RAW. AJ Styles will be part of a non-title champion vs champion match at Survivor Series 2019. He will face Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura from SmackDown and NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong from NXT.
