Elias defeated Kevin Owens in King Of The Ring Round 1 Match
KO and Elias start the match with some holds and counters until Elias hits a shoulder tackle for a two count. KO clotheslines him out of the ring but has to abort his dive when Elias runs away. KO goes after him and hits a series of strikes before Elias throws him into the barricade. When they get back in the ring, Owens hits a German suplex followed by a cannonball for a near fall. Shane McMahon’s music hits and he comes out to be at the ringside during the match.
Elias is holding KO in a headlock as we return from the break. Owens breaks out but Elias hits a huge knee to the face for a two-count. KO kicks out once again after a power slam and hits a DDT out of nowhere. He hits a dropkick from the middle rope and a senton. Elias counters Owens with a powerbomb for a two count. KO counters a superplex but Elias blocks the Swanton with his knees. Owens hits a cannonball from the apron but Shane stops Owens from continuing his attack and then reveals he has his own referee shirt. Elias takes advantage and rolls KO up for the quick count win.
Roman Reigns barges into the room where Daniel Bryan and Rowan are keeping the hooded guy as their prisoners. Roman asks them to reveal him. Bryan uncovers his face and it’s just some guy with a red beard, looks pretty identical with Rowan. Roman looks confused to say the least as the show goes off the air.
