Fite TV Denies Reports regarding WWE Sale

Fite TV Twitter account has denied the reports that they are in talks with WWE for any kind of merger or sale(acquisition).

Yesterday, Wrestling Observer Newsletter has reported that WWE is in talks with Fite TV streaming platform to purchase their service. Fite TV streams various combat sports events from the field of MMA, kickboxing, boxing, pro-wrestling, etc. The purchase was percieved as the way for WWE to add another service in the streaming platform.

However, Fite TV was quick to deny these rumors earlier today. In reply to a fan, Fite wrote, “These rumors are not true. We are not in merger and acquisitions discussions with WWE.” You can check the tweets below.
