Stipulations Announced for NXT Championship Match at Takeover: Toronto
Adam Cole and Johnny Gargano have revealed their choice of the stipulation for their NXT Championship match at NXT Takeover: Toronto 2019 where they will face off in a 2 out of 3 falls match or 3 stages of hell match.
Adam Cole won the NXT Championship from Johnny Gargano at NXT Takeover: XXV last month. That match was actually the second time in a row when Cole and Gargano were in the main event of Takeover after their match at Takeover: New York. Now, they are set to complete the trilogy at Takeover: Toronto in 2 out of 3 falls match.
Each of Cole and Gargano was given the chance to pick one stipulation each for one fall much like the three stages of hell match. Both have announced their choice of stipulation on this week’s NXT episode for the championship match at Takeover:Toronto. Gargano has chosen the first fall to be a street fight. And Cole chose to go with the normal wrestling bout for the second fall.
