Samoa Joe is a Champion! Finally!!
Samoa Joe has won the United States Championship by coming on top in the Fatal 4 Way match against R Truth, Rey Mysterio and Andrade after another open challenge from Truth for the title.
Joe controlled a major portion of the match taking out punishment on the other stars in the match. Only after R Truth hit dropkick to send him into the barricade at the ringside, other stars came into the match. Post that the match was full of high flying action with nice moves from all the stars. Even Joe hit a diving plancha at the ringside. Zelina Vega took down Truth with a hurricanrana from the apron to which Carmella replied with a superkick. In the end, Rey hit Andrade with the 619 and the frog Splash but Samoa Joe came in to hit Rey with a senton and the true urnage on Andrade to get the win.
This is the first championship title for Samoa Joe in the WWE main roster.
